It books into your calendar, follows your availability and booking rules, and sends confirmations in your name. Calendar and CRM integrations are part of Growth and Pro. If a tool has an API we can usually connect it, and we'll tell you on the call if something can't be done.
Recordings, transcripts and summaries are kept for you in your call dashboard. The agent's knowledge, call flows and your call data are yours, as set out in your agreement, and we do not sell your data. In the demo on this page, your microphone audio is used only for that live call.
Yes. UK and EU businesses are invoiced in pounds and euros, excluding VAT: from £1,100 setup plus £179 a month in the UK, or €1,300 setup plus €239 a month in the EU.
