Websites, AI and automation for European businesses

The same ownership model, built for European rules: collect only what you need, ask for consent where it is required, tell people when they are talking to an AI, and host in the EU when you ask.

GDPR-ready, explained plainly

What we build into websites, chatbots, voice agents, CRMs and automations for European customers.

  • Collect only what the job needs

Forms, chatbots and CRMs ask for the fields a task needs and nothing more. If a booking doesn’t need a date of birth, we don’t ask for one.

  • Consent where it is required

Cookie consent before any non-essential cookies, and clear opt-ins for marketing, with a record of what each person agreed to and when.

  • A DPA when we process data for you

If we host or run your system, we act as your processor and sign a data processing agreement on request, as GDPR Article 28 expects.

  • EU hosting on request

We can deploy to an EU region of the cloud provider you choose, and list every subprocessor that touches personal data.

  • Rights requests in one place

Export or delete a person’s data from one system, so you can answer access and erasure requests without hunting through several tools.

  • Retention you set

Transcripts, form entries and logs are deleted on the schedule you choose, and the data lives in accounts in your name.

What GDPR-ready means here. The build supports your compliance. You remain the controller of your customers’ data, and compliance also depends on how you use the system. We are not lawyers, and this page is general information, not legal advice.

AI that says it is AI

Since 2 August 2026, Article 50 of the EU AI Act requires AI systems that interact with people to let them know they are dealing with an AI, at the latest at the first interaction, unless that is obvious. We build the disclosure in from the start.

Chatbot

AI assistant

Hi, I’m the AI assistant for [your business]. I can answer questions and book appointments. Prefer a person? Tap Talk to a human at any time.

  • Disclosure in the first message, before any answer
  • An “AI assistant” label that stays in the chat header
  • One tap to reach a person

Voice agent

“Thanks for calling [your business]. I’m an AI assistant. I can book an appointment or take a message, and you can say ‘person’ at any time to reach the team.”

  • Spoken disclosure in the greeting
  • A way to reach a person on every call
  • A recording notice wherever you record calls

Generated content

Providers of systems that generate synthetic audio, images, video or text must mark the output as AI-generated in a machine-readable way. Systems placed on the market before 2 August 2026 have until 2 December 2026 for that marking duty.

  • Machine-readable marking where your system generates media
  • Disclosure of deepfakes, and of AI-written text published to inform the public on matters of public interest
  • A log of what the AI produced, and when

Checked in October 2026 against the European Commission’s AI Act pages. The Commission has also issued guidelines on these duties, so check the detail for your use case. General information, not legal advice.

Questions from European businesses

Straight answers on data, hosting, AI rules and billing. Anything else, ask us on a free call.

Will our website or chatbot be GDPR-ready?

Yes. We build in data minimization, consent where it is required, rights requests, retention settings and EU hosting on request. Compliance also depends on how your business uses the system and on your own policies, so we work alongside your counsel or data protection officer rather than certifying it.

Can you host our system in the EU?

Yes, on request. We deploy to an EU region of the cloud provider you choose and document which subprocessors handle personal data. Some services, such as certain AI model providers, may process data outside the EU; we flag those and the transfer safeguards they offer before you decide.

Will you sign a data processing agreement?

Yes, on request, whenever we host or operate a system that processes personal data on your behalf. GDPR Article 28 expects a contract like this between a business and its processor.

Do chatbots and voice agents have to say they are AI?

Under Article 50 of the EU AI Act, which applies from 2 August 2026, AI systems that interact directly with people must let them know they are dealing with an AI, at the latest at the first interaction, unless it is obvious. We build that disclosure in by default. This is general information, not legal advice.

Can you invoice in euros?

Yes. We invoice in US dollars by default, and EUR invoicing is available on request.

Do you work in languages other than English?

English comes first. Websites, chatbots and voice agents in other languages are available on request, so tell us which ones you need on the call.
