Sailmakers cut canvas on these floors from 1874 until the last loft closed. We kept the pine boards, the ceiling beams and the tall windows they needed for daylight, then added deep beds, quiet heat and a front desk that never closes.

Your window is held. Here it is, with the lamp on for your arrival.

Sample notes from fictional guests, written for this demo.
We picked 202 off the drawing because it had a balcony over the water. It did, and the boats were right there at breakfast.
The garden window seat was the best part of the trip. Read two books in it.
Sunset sail was cold, beautiful and worth every penny. Bring the blankets they offer.
Yes. Our own lot is on the wharf, $30 a night, and there is always a space for guests. From June to August we park the car for you.
One elevator reaches every floor, including the widow's walk landing. Room 203 is fully accessible with a roll-in shower.
Rooms 204 and 206 on the garden side welcome dogs under 40 pounds, $40 a stay. We keep bowls and treats at the desk.
Always. The corner rooms sleep three with a daybed, and we can connect 205 and 206 for families of four.
Captain Abernathy decides by 3 pm. If the wind or weather says no, you are refunded the same day, or we move you to the next evening.
Cancel free up to 7 days before you arrive. After that we keep the first night, which is the deposit you pay when you book.
Yes, that is the point of the drawing. Pick a window and it is yours, not a room type that gets assigned at the desk.
