Streak-free window cleaning, inside and out. Priced by the window, booked in about two minutes.

Pittsburgh glass collects a year of weather.

You stop seeing it from the inside. Then the low October sun hits the glass and the whole film shows up at once.

Winter

Road salt spray and furnace film. It dries to a white haze on street-side glass.

Spring

Oak and maple pollen, then rain that runs it into stripes.

Summer

Sprinkler spray leaves hard water rings. Bugs do the rest.

Fall

Full gutters spill brown tannin runs down the upstairs windows.

Homes and storefronts, inside and out.

Same crew, same blade, two schedules. Homes book a visit when the glass needs it. Shops get a standing route before they open.

Count your windows. Watch the price build.

Tap the windows on the front of the house, then add the sides and back with the plus buttons. When it looks right, the quote turns into a booking.

Tap a window to add it, tap again to take it off. Skylights and the gutter count too.

One pass per pane. No rags, no spray and wipe.

How a visit goes.

  1. Protect

Drop cloths under every window inside, shoe covers at the door, a towel on each sill.

  2. Scrub

A strip washer and mild, ammonia-free soap loosen the film, pollen and spots.

  3. Squeegee

One fanning pass with a fresh rubber blade, top to bottom, so nothing is pushed back onto clean glass.

  4. Detail

Edges and corners with lint-free microfiber, then tracks, sills and screens. Purified water on high outside glass so it dries spot-free.

  5. Walk-through

We look at the glass with you, in the light, before the ladders go back on the van.

The small things are the job.

The same crew, every visit.

Your confirmation text has their names and photos. Dom started Grandview in 2014 with one ladder on Grandview Avenue. There are three crews now, and he still walks the jobs.

Every screen goes back where it came from.

We number each one with painter's tape before it comes out, so the bedroom screen never ends up in the kitchen.

General liability and workers' comp for every crew member. Landlords get a certificate the same day.

Sample notes from customers. Fictional, written for this demo.

“Our storm windows hadn’t been out since we bought the house. They labeled every screen and put it all back.”
Dana, Squirrel Hill
“They’re on Butler Street before we open. The glass is done before the first pot of coffee.”
Marco, Lawrenceville storefront
“I forgot you could see the incline from our back bedroom.”
Ruth, Mt. Washington

What it costs.

Per window, per visit. The counter uses this exact list, so the number you see is the number you pay unless the count changes on site.

Minimum visit $149 for homes, $45 for storefronts. Pay after the visit by card or check. Storefront routes are invoiced monthly.

We work the hills, the flats and the river towns.

Every part of the city gets a route day, so the crew is never far. Check your ZIP to see yours.

Try 15211, 15217 or 15201.

Questions people ask before the first visit.

Do I need to be home?

Not for outside only. For inside work someone 18 or older can be home, or you can leave a lockbox or door code in your booking notes.

Do you clean storm windows?

Yes, and Pittsburgh has a lot of them. We lift the storm panels, clean all four surfaces, wipe the tracks and seat everything back. It is $7 a window on top of the regular price.

What happens to my screens?

Each screen gets a numbered piece of painter's tape before it comes out. We brush and rinse them, let them dry, and put every one back in its own window.

What if it rains?

Light rain doesn't spot clean glass, dirt on the glass does, so we keep working. If a real storm rolls in we move you to the next open day, no charge.

How high can you go?

Three stories. Ladders with stabilizers that never rest on your gutters, and purified water-fed poles for high outside glass.

Is the counter price final?

It is the price for the count you entered. We confirm the count when we arrive. If you have more or fewer windows than you tapped, we tell you before we start.

Can you service our storefront on a schedule?

Yes. Weekly, every two weeks or monthly, between 6 and 9am so the glass is done before you open. One invoice a month.

What do you clean with?

Mild, biodegradable soap and plain water inside. Purified water for high outside glass. No ammonia, nothing that needs airing out.
