Do I need to be home?
No. Most people aren't. Pick a keypad, lockbox, concierge or hidden key in booking, and we text a secure link for the code. Your team texts when they arrive and when they lock up.
Is it really the same team every time?
Yes. Once your day is set, the same two cleaners come every visit. If one is out, a backup you've already met fills in, and we tell you the day before.
What if you miss something?
Text us within 24 hours with a photo. We come back and fix it at no charge, usually the next day.
Do you bring supplies?
Everything, including the vacuum and a fresh mop pad for each room. If you'd like us to use your products, leave them out and say so in your notes.
How does paying after work?
Nothing is charged when you book. After your first visit we text a secure link to save a card. From then on you're charged after each clean, and the receipt comes with the photos.
Can I skip a week or pause?
Text SKIP at least 48 hours before a visit. Pause whenever you travel. No fees, no contract.
Do you clean around pets?
All the time. Tell us who lives there and which doors stay shut. There's no pet fee, we just plan time for the hair.
Do you really work Sundays?
A few Sunday morning windows, yes. It's in the name. Most plans run Monday to Saturday, and the house feels like Sunday either way.
