Every angle, considered.

Plastic surgery in Coral Gables, planned with you in unhurried consults. Honest recovery plans, written quotes, zero pressure.

Front

Start with why.

Tell us what you would like to change and why now, in your own words. We will say plainly what surgery can and can't do, including when the honest answer is no surgery at all.

Three-quarter

Your health, honestly.

Your surgeon reviews your history in person, walks through the risks in plain English and makes sure you are a good candidate before anyone mentions a date.

Profile

Real life, during recovery.

Work, kids, workouts, travel. We map your first six weeks around the life you actually have, then hand it to you in writing.

What recovery typically looks like

Pick a procedure and drag from the first day to month six. It shows the rhythm of rest, swelling, check-ins and getting back to work. It is a planning guide, never a promise of results. Your surgeon tailors it to you.

General information about typical recoveries at Atelier Contour, for planning only. Healing varies from person to person, and your surgeon will confirm your own plan. Demo content, not medical advice.

Procedures we plan together

Face, breast and body surgery, plus revisions of earlier work. Every plan starts at a consult, and some end there.

Three surgeons. One standard of candor.

Each surgeon sees you from first consult to final check-in. Consults are in English or Spanish.

Sample team for this demo. Names and profiles are fictional.

Dr. Camila Restrepo, smiling, chin resting on her hand, in a white coat
Dr. Camila Restrepo, MD, FACSFace, nose and eyelids. Known for long consults and short answers.
Dr. Daniel Ferraro in a white coat and red tie, standing in a consult room

A first consult is mostly a conversation.

Why you won't find before‑and‑after photos here

Every body heals differently, and a gallery of other people's outcomes sets expectations nobody can promise. In a consult, your surgeon can show examples privately, shared with those patients' written consent, and talk through what is realistic for you.

What it typically costs

All-in ranges, so the number covers your surgeon, anesthesia and the surgical suite. Your itemized written quote is the only figure that counts.

  • Surgeon's fee and a board-certified anesthesiologist
  • Accredited surgical suite and recovery nursing
  • Compression garments and supplies
  • Every follow-up visit through month six
  • Not included: travel, time off work, prescriptions

Want a monthly figure? The consult request includes a financing estimate with every assumption spelled out. Estimate it there.

What patients say

They gave me my recovery plan in writing before I had paid a cent. I booked two weeks off around it and never had to move a thing.

Marisol, Coral Gables

I asked about the risks four different ways and got a straight answer every time.

Dana, Brickell

Dr. Restrepo told me one of the two things I asked about wasn't worth doing. I trusted everything else she said after that.

Yesenia, Kendall

Questions people ask us first

Something else on your mind? Call (305) 555-0142. A person answers.

Do you show before-and-after photos?

Not on our website or social media. In a consult, your surgeon can show examples privately, shared with those patients' written consent, so you can talk about what is realistic for your body.

What happens at the first consult?

You talk, your surgeon listens, then examines if it's in person. You will cover goals, health history, risks, alternatives, recovery and cost. Most people leave with more questions answered than they came with, and no pressure to decide.

Is a virtual consult enough?

It is a good first step. If surgery makes sense, you will have an in-person exam before anything is scheduled.

I'm traveling in. How long should I stay?

For most procedures, plan on staying nearby for seven to ten days so you can make your first follow-up. Your surgeon will tell you what is right for yours, and we can suggest quiet places to stay.

Does insurance cover any of this?

Cosmetic surgery usually isn't covered. Some procedures, like a breast reduction for back pain or eyelid surgery that blocks your vision, may be in part. We'll give you the paperwork to check with your plan, but we can't promise coverage.

How does financing work?

Some patients use an outside medical lender. The estimate in our consult request shows the math with every assumption written out. It isn't an offer, and we never steer you toward a lender.

What if I decide not to go ahead?

Then that is the decision. The consult fee is the only charge, and we will follow up once, kindly, and then leave you be.

What if something feels wrong after surgery?

Call our 24-hour care line at (305) 555-0199 any time. If it is an emergency, call 911.

Take your time. We'll be here when you're ready.

A consult is a conversation, not a commitment. Bring every question you have.
