From green to cup

We roast it ourselves.

Every week we roast small batches on our 1950s drum roaster, cupping each one until it's exactly right. We trade directly with farms we've visited, and pay well above fair-trade.

Whatever you taste in the cup, we can tell you the farm, the altitude and the hands that grew it.
